Come in with two forms of ID (including one government-issued photo ID) and a completed USPS Form 1583 — we notarize it here for free with your rental. Pay for your first term, pick your mailbox size, and you'll have your new address the same day.

As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), we're required by USPS to verify identity and maintain records for every mailbox holder. It takes about ten minutes.

Common questions.

Is this different from a PO Box?

Yes. A PO Box is a USPS-only product — it can't accept UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Amazon. Our mailboxes are at a real street address, so they accept packages from every carrier, and you can use the address for your driver's license, business filings, and anywhere else an address is required.

Can I use this as my LLC or business address?

Yes. Many of our customers use our address for their LLC registration, EIN, Google Business Profile, and business licenses. It's a legitimate commercial address — not a residential one — which is often better for business purposes.

What's USPS Form 1583 and why do I need to fill it out?

It's a federal form that authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). You sign it, we keep a copy, and USPS keeps one on file. We'll print and notarize it for free when you sign up — it takes about five minutes.

Can I get package alerts?

Yes, every plan includes free text or email alerts the moment a package arrives for you. You can come in and pick it up anytime during our open hours.

What happens if I'm traveling?

We'll hold packages for up to 30 days at no extra cost. Traveling longer? Upgrade to mail forwarding and we'll send your mail to wherever you are — weekly, monthly, or on-demand.

Can I add multiple names to one mailbox?

Yes — a mailbox can receive mail for multiple individuals, or one individual plus a business name (like "Jane Smith" and "Smith Design LLC"). Each name needs to be listed on the 1583.

What's your cancellation policy?

Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime with 15 days' notice. Annual and 6-month plans are prepaid — we don't refund unused months, but you can transfer remaining time to another user.

Can I pick up after hours?

Our standard pickup is during business hours. If you need 24/7 access, ask us — we can set that up as an add-on depending on availability.
