Common questions.
How do I send you a file to print?
Email it to hello@shippointcenter.com with quantity and instructions, upload via our counter QR code, or bring it in on USB. We accept PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, and most common formats.
Can you print an Amazon return label for me?
Yes — forward the label PDF and we'll print and tape it on your package. If you have an Amazon QR code instead, even better: bring the item and we'll handle it as a free QR drop-off return — no label needed at all.
How much does printing cost?
Per page, with volume discounts. Single B&W pages start around $0.20; color around $0.75. Bulk jobs receive automatic discounts — 20% off for 50+ pages and 25% off for 100+ pages. Every job is quoted before printing.
Can I print from my phone?
Yes. Email the file or use our upload page — we'll print from whatever device works for you.
Do I need an appointment for scanning or shredding?
No. Everything is walk-in. Large shredding jobs (multiple bankers' boxes) are easier if you email ahead so we can set aside time.
Is my document confidential?
Yes. We don't keep copies of anything you print, scan, or fax. Scan jobs are deleted from our system once delivered. Shredded documents are destroyed on-site.
Can you notarize a document on the same visit?
Bring your document (or email it to us to print) along with a valid photo ID. Printing charges apply. If the document needs to be signed in the notary's presence, we'll let you know when it's time to sign.
Can I drop off a file and pick it up later?
Yes. Email the file with your instructions, swing by later, and we'll have it bagged and ready at the counter.
